This versatile, water-based sealant is designed for interior use, requiring no mixing or dilution and is paintable. It is protected against mold growth in both wet and dry stages with a combination of biocides. Safe and easy to use for most applications, including retrofit, Metacaulk 150+ can be applied using a conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun, troweled from a pail, or pumped directly from a pail.
